The house

Cauterets, Hautes-Pyrénées

ITS HISTORY

From 1925 to today

Built in 1925, the house belonged to the directors of the former lead mines which were located throughout the region at that time. It has its own unique architecture which takes visitors back to its former industrial past.

Transformed into a guest house a few years ago, many tourists have come to discover it and enjoy its exceptional setting. After being run by English people for several years, Margaux, Engueran and their little one have reinvested in this place in December 2021 to make it a warm and relaxing place.

Enjoy a stay on the wooded slopes, lulled by the sound of the streams, just a few kilometres from all the tourist activities that Cauterets has to offer, both in summer and winter…
