THE MOUNTAIN
Outdoor activities
At the Cirque du Lys, the snowiest resort in the Pyrenees, skiers will find their happiness during the winter season. At the Pont d’Espagne, one of the Grands Sites Occitanie, you can also get out your snowshoes, sledges or hiking boots and discover the mythical Gaube lake which has already enchanted thousands of visitors.
The Cauterets valley and its neighbours (the Marcadau valley, the Gaube valley, the Lutour valley…), the Gavarnie cirque or the Pic du Midi de Bigorre will offer you an ideal setting for all your outdoor activities: hiking, via Ferrata, mountain biking, downhill and road biking (close to the mythical passes of the Tour de France), climbing, rafting, paragliding, fishing…
